Continued lack of service from SAPO

I have three incoming international parcels (UA***US; CY***US; CH***US) I am waiting for. I tried to send e-mails and to phone Custoer Service on numerous times with no response. Surely it can't be that hard to respond to an e-mail or answer a call (sometimes holding on for 10+ minutes with no answer). This is unacceptable as I paid a substantial amount of shipping fee to get my parcel delivered in time!!!!!! Scary to thing that SAPO now wants to take over the delivery of small parcels - they can't even manage the current load!!!
