Confused

Hi I stay in Westrich that in NEWLANDS West . We have a problem how can a normal citizens receive post letter once every 3 to 4 weeks I asked the post man yesterday he gave me a stinking attitude telling me that he doesn't know anything thing about that and I must not ask him anything we must complain in the post office . I just wanted him to give me straight answer what must we do about this post office really ? ? is that how to treat a citizen once every two or three weeks . Yesterday he was delivering August letters which month are we now November I am soo annoyed like really
