Concern wrt item delivered in SA on 2015/06/12

I ordered an item from abroad which arrived in SA on the 12th June 2015. The item was last scanned at the Johannesburg International Mail Centre Hub on the 17th June 2015. The date as of today is the 3rd August 2015 which puts a red alert on this issue of not sourcing my item for which I am aware to pay custom fees at the Ruimsig Post Office once delivered by the so called EMS (Express Mail Services), which is also questionable. It is noticeable that the SA Post Office has no innovative thinking or Technology to ensure the services they do provide is of a more healthy state than current.I drove 130 KM's from my residence in total on 2015/08/01 with the relevant info. 1stly it seems that Fidelity Guarding is running the JIMC on the outside.I had to phone the JIMC on site to ensure I be granted access to the JIMC Office of delivery.<br> However I am not sure if the individual dealing with the release of my item is still in the JIMC (HUB) employ.<br> I attempted to contact him on various occasions however to no avail. I discussed it on Saturday and on 2015/08/03 with his colleagues, however no response. This makes me think of the Minister responsible,then the Public Protector route. <br>
