Compliment: Branch Manager Sharon (Retreat post office)

<p>Good day All</p> <p>I would just like to compliment the branch manager of Retreat post office.</p> <p>I ordered a few things from an international site for my wedding and because the time was drawing near, I naturally started to panic as the items included my wedding dress.</p> <p>The tracking was showing that the items were at the post office but I was told it was still with Capemail who then sent me back to Retreat and some items were in JHB. I called JHB international mail centre and then after not being helped called and asked to speak to the branch manager at Retreat.</p> <p>Sharon assisted me immediately, confirming where ALL my items were in the process, including the ones that I could collect and their shelf numbers.</p> <p>This immediately set my mind at ease.</p> <p>I thanked her for all her help telephonically and went to thank her in person with a chocolate but just thought that someone at the company needs to thank her for the work she does.</p> <p> </p>
