Umtata central post office... I orderd international parcels and i went to the post office so that they can track my parcels so the lady that assisted me on Saturday told me that they cant track the parcels on the system because it does not and work and she made a manual search by checking my parcels on paper of deliverys and by going to store room to check if i hv any parcels checking under my name, now she told me they hv not arrived and should keep on coming back to check... I went there today and another old lady there didnt have anytime of the day for me she just told me the system is offline and already the line is full so she cant go and check my parcels for me, i asked if she can call me if my parcels arrive, she told me no, i asked if they can call me if the network is back on she said no, she told me that the parcels take long to get here and i should relax.... Now im worried because the site i bought from has a refund policy that will soon pass and that means if i cant track my parcels or at the post office they are too busy to help me im gonna lose my money... I sent and email to the customer care services for tracking a few days ago and still no response, i called the 086 number... No reponse, where can i escalate the problem coz u satnd in line for hours thn they tell you its too busy but i waited...
