Complaint with flora centre post office

Good day

My name is Brenda Calder , i have been going to flora centre post office to collect my grant from right In the beginning, I have never had a problem up until 4 weeks ago.

I went as normal to fetch my R350 .00 the gentleman that normally helps me explained that it was old people's week. No problem I didn't know and accepted it. He said come next week. As he knew me.

Next week I came , there was all of a sudden a nother man helping black guy, and he was a bit rude. I went to ask for my number and he informed me no my I'd number isnt for then. I said to him the white guy had told me to come then. I am also heavy pregnant, meant to be giving birth any day, and it's difficult for me to get around. Anyway I left again, struggling to get home, as I didn't have money and home is far to walk especially seen as I can hardly walk anymore cuz of baby . The week my I'd number was called , I went to hospital as we thought baby was coming but it was false alarm and ordered bed rest .

I went now today and I spoke to that guy black one. I explained to him about him telling me last week but what happened and that could he help me. Also flora use to never have this I'd digit thing. He was rude to me and said he doesn't care. I said please I am struggling I just want my money which I need urgently. I said I can't even get back to Newlands where I stay, must I walk ? He said yes. I said u are rude. I was in hospital and then bed rest surely you can help me as it's not my choice. And it wasn't busy at all. There were 5 people.

He said no straight out. He could see I can't walk properly but didn't worried.

I think it is very discusting that he is like this. It's not by choice and just cuz he has a little bit of authority he doesn't care about us.

I haven't collected , I've got baby nearly here need to get the baby things and be cant what must do?
