Complaint - poor service

POST OFFICE in Mayville, WHAT A POOR CUSTORMER SERVICE, THE TELLERS ARE TALKING STORIES AMONGST EACH other and pretending not to see the customers. When it was finally my turn , the lady was not helpful, she was rude and chewing gum whilst talking to me. she refused to check my parcel using ID number or cellphone number and asked me to look for the ref number of which I already told her I looked and cannot retrieve it from my side.
