Complaint: Northam Post Office

At Northam Post Office they are saying that their printer is offline, they are unable to assist us and they were saying that since from the beginning of February 2021 until today.

How possible is that...? Hai nah maan... Even your consultant (Mailula) says I should lay a complaint as well. Now we are unable to send our parcels because of that.

However pensioners get assistance, How possible is that?
