Complaint for Post office lyttleton

Good day I am an online shopper and regularly uses Lyttleton post office in Centurion. on the 30th January 2018. I went to fetch my parcels and received them. somehow the consultant that assisted me indicated on the system that I also received the one parcel from another company with ref nr: RC ********** 60HK which I ordered sneakers same day. I was not aware of this so few days later when I keep tracking my parcel (shoes) I see it showed it was delivered. I then went back to the post office but was assisted by another lady that it shows it was delivered to me. that was the same day I collected the others 30/01/2018. it seems as if I got my parcel and I have not received it I can proof it shoes and they should come in a shoe box and the parcels I received were something else from company wish. I then asked them to proof I received it they tell me about the system and I asked then when ever a person collects they scan their ID. the lady checked on the system and it showed that days I only collected 1 parcel 2 more parcels didn't appear. and I collected 3 parcels so I asked why does the system shows only 1 parcel and I got 3. and again your same system shows I collected the one im missing which is not true. I paid a lot of money for those shoes. and I want it. the lady that assisted me the first time called me the following day when I went to query about my missing parcel and said maybe there is a delay on the way the parcel might still come. till this day I have not heard anything from them, I checked with the company I bought the shoes and they confirmed it has been delivered. I need post office to proof that I took the parcel im missing if they say I did because no one if following up. otherwise I want my shoes. how can I get 3 parcels yet the system says I took only 1 and I have a missing parcel. I need this matter to be followed
