Complaint

I received a very poor service from the consultants at postoffice heidedal branch in Bloemfontein. I went there to get my parcels and I could not get them because the names that were on my parcel and the one on my ID are too different, which is not an issue because I understood what I needed to do in order for me to get those parcels which was getting an affidavit from police station, right. Now I went and did it but I couldn’t go myself to go get them then I asked someone my husband to do it for me because the time I knock off from work they are already closed. When he gets there, he says the branch manager and the staff that helped me previously were talking loudly behind the closed doors saying nasty things about me one of them being that I had a stinking attitude when they told me about the affidavit. Even when the lady who was trying to defuse and help my husband they kept on going on and on about me. I’m very disappointed about their service and they way they handle situations like that. Most of all I’m disappointed about the branch manager who is supposed to see to it that the customers are being help to their satisfaction was also adding on those bad things that they said mind you my child was also there to witness this madness because she is the one who helped his dad to elaborate and tell me exactly what those old people were saying about her mom. I would love to hear from the branch manager and speak to her about this matter. Not happy at all..
