Complaint

Dobsonville Ext 3 Post office is the worst, the staff that work there are very *********** you'd swear they're on a go slow, from the guards at the door to the consultants. What makes it worse is that pensioners have been waiting on ques outside in the cold for more than 4 hours with no help, these are people that have lost their bank cards and are waiting for assistance. When I asked for the manager by the name of Noah, he kept making excuses and mentioned stats that are noted without a stamp to prove that. I personally feel that Post office should be closed as I don't understand why people that have lost cards are not being assisted yet the one's that are here to get cash are being helped. This is ********* and honestly there's no professionalism.
