Complaint

The new SAPOMVL platform was launched and I was so happy as I have moved from the Eastern Cape to Gauteng and couldn't get back to pay my motor vehicle license disc. I registered and followed all the instructions with uploading documents and linking my EC vehicle. Not once did the system flag it as an issue that I was in Gauteng but my vehicle was registered as an EC vehicle. I made the payment and everything seemed fine until the following morning when I got an sms notification that my application had been rejected because I was in a different province. No where on their website does it state you have to be in the same province! Since the 17th of Feb I have been sending them messages via their "Contact Us" section in the SAPOMVL website asking for a refund and to date all I have is a bunch of reference numbers and a message that they will attend to my query but I have not received any feedback or received my money back. I also tried contacting them via the Post Office Facebook page 2 weeks ago and although they said they have informed the developer of the issue with their website, I have still had no resolution with regards to getting my money back.
