Complaint against Post Office at Kelvin Shopping

Kelvin Shopping Centre in Sandton: Incompetence and non-ethical behaviour:<br> I went to the post office yesterday the 29.04.2015 and the cashier said the Forms for Vehicle Licensing are finished (ALV8)<br> The cashier said I must come back the next day around 14h00pm they will have the form.<br> I arrived today the 30.04.2015 just before 12h00. I had downloaded the forms myself from the internet at this address [URL Removed]<br> The cashier from yesterday denied she said the forms were not available because her manager was there. She sent me to the manager and the manager was on the computer for about 15minutes I waited for her.<br> She did not even ask for what she can assist me with while I waited over the counter. I approached her to ask why she can't assist me and she said \She is busy can't I see she is on the system". The attitude she rep**** back to me with was really uncalled for. I was at the post for over 40minutes without being properly assisted.<br> """
