Complaint about a lost Registered parcel

Dear Sir/madam

I am Sisa Stembiso Mack, I hereby lodging a complain about a Registered parcel I sent from Johannesburg to East London; Kuni Village. The parcel shows in the post office that it was picked up by a wrong recipient. I do not understand how would a registered parcel be picked up by a wrong recipient for he will need a slip to pick it up. The Tracking number is RC ********** 27ZA. This parcel its a car registration documents I can't afford to loose them for they are original documents.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in this regard.
