Complaint

I feel misled as I sent my parcel using speed courier service and was told the parcel would reach its destination on Tuesday however when going to the post office I am now told to tell the recipient to wait 7 days how is this possible. I feel mislead seriously kindly assist tracking my package if possible refund please
