Complaint

I just received a very poor service from Pella Post office ,I went there to certify my copies of Id and my matric certificate the manager called Magadi Lobeko said they only certify copies that they have made inside post office if you come with your own copies they dont certify.she said the regulations of Sapo is that they dont certify, they only certify documents that are used internally like opening account etc.I want to know why is their regulations not same as the rest of other Branches.it is the first time experience such nonsense.
