Complaint

I sent a package to Saudi Arabia on the 12-2-2019 via airmail and was promised that it would be in Saudi Arabia before the 25-12-2019.

I have been tracking my parcel and it has been stagnant since the 19-12-2019, I have tried calling the Johannesburg International Mail Centre where the parcel is supposed to be according to the tracking system, NO ANSWER.

Can someone get back to me, if the parcel is still at Johannesburg International Mail Centre, I will come and pick it up.
