Complain regarding Post Office SA

Im currently using postbank as my bank, i decided to withdraw all the funds(money) first week of April 2023. Since then I have not received the funds. I went to see the Fish hoek manager several times, everytime i go there he is not available. Call H/O unreachable also Fish hoek branch *** not available.
