Complain

I’m so furious with how post office Jet park speed services lost my parcel or have no idea where is my parcel.My parcel was last scanned 2024/03/25 at 7:00 PM Location last scanned JET PARK SPEED SERVICES since that day I never got any correspondence from anyone besides numerous attempts to contact their useless customer service which never gave me feedback besides telling me what I can already see on their tracking site. And keep promising to call me back I lost count on people who took my numbers from their customer service but never came back to me and each and everyone of the does not give direct numbers of jetpark speed service or who to communicate with but this has been going for too long and I feel that they don’t even care
