Complain

Hi Team

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Dumisani Baloyi from Limpopo in Tzaneen, I have been hearing about a trend in Post Offices where their staff members at the til points are robbing off pensioners their Old Age grants, I thought it is a romour until my grandmother has became a victim for the past months and nothing has been done about it, I am very certain she is not the only victim. This issue has been happening for sometime now and I would like to lay an official complain. My grandmother is taking care of 2 of my cousins who are orphans, in the month of April she didn't get her grant at all then in May she got money which was lesser than what she was supposed to get and when she ask they tell her the money has been ****** and they are still investigating.
