Complain

I'm Miss Makhaye on behalf of my sister she is having a problem with Post Office where she recieves foster care grant with them, when she was trying to withdraw money ,Transaction was not completed, slips that came out was keep saying pin code was wrong but pin was correct ,when she went back the following day they gave her a bank statement saying the amount of R10 000 had been withdrawn and she was not the only one who had the same problem even elderly people who depend on the grant never received their money .When she requested for statments money was withdrawn from FNB bank of which she never used Fnb bank before other money was widthdrawn at Adams mission she have never been at Adams before she stays in Pmb.
