Communication failure

<p>I recently had 2packages sent to me from France, 1 package arrived safely- but I am still waiting for the other one to be delivered. I have contacted the SA Post office Nelspruit branch as well as jhb international mail hub (telephonically and through email) numerous times - where 3 weeks ago they requested me to forward them my invoice. I forwarded the invoice to them on more than on occasion and still havent received any feedback. In the mean time I have tried to contact them but still have no information regarding my parcel. </p>
