Collection

parcelnt for collection was send with date stamp of 09.11 15 delivered on the the 24.11.15 .went to collect on the 27.11.15 i was told that I collected the p****l explain to them that it was a different thing as what i collected before was photos. I was then told the parcel was send back i need to request it back, is there mistake i asked then why must i rectify the mistake they did. My problem is that i didn't see the manager until I asked to see one he was infront of me n did not even attempted to solve the problem i told him im going to report him he said i can do that n he was arrogent n using funy angry word's 'yesses you can go n report, because i told him he is not acting like a manager. I was at the office since 15:55 until 16:40 but didn't call nor reasure me while waiting for the *** who was looking for the delivery
