Collect an item

They service is bull**** the do not know how to treat people and lack communication... I went to collect my items and they did not assist me rather then assisting they were rude two ladies at the counter... but the gentleman I asked if I can still collect he said yes then wen I get to the counter that lady tells me my things have gone back... which is ridiculous because I’ve collect pass the time before so I knew he expiation was a whole load of ****. Durban central post office!!!! The one on the corner of west street
