Clueless Staff, Archaic Systems.

Went to the Sunninghill Post Office. What a nightmare. The systems were apparantly down - and so was the website (which I would have got the arrival date of my package from to give to the staff) - so because of this, for some reason the two staff that were there couldn't find my document. I watched them look through a single filing cabinet together twice before returning to me at the counter both times to say they couldn't find it. I will have to take a screenshot of my package details when the website is EVENTUALLY up, in case the systems are down again when I come in to pick up my package, and also maybe phone first to ensure their systems aren't down before I come in - because they somehow need the systems to be up in order to find a document in 3 draws in a single filing cabinet. Clueless staff. Spend the extra money if you must to use a different service (and support that company that is actually doing their jobs) but whatever you do - AVOID USING THE SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE SERVICES!!!
