Closing before trading hour period

Good day. I arrived at the Elspark branch at 11h50, to find the door locked. I knocked to no avail of the ladies who could see me through the glass door. They rudely told me that they are closed and told me to go away. I called the branch and the refused to give me their names. After I called the contact centre and spoke to Juliet, she called back the branch and was told a different story. The only chance I get to go to the post office is during the weekend and to arrive during trading hours to be turned back is very disappointing. Now I have to wait another week to pick up my parcel. Juliet from the contact centre help where she could and confirmed that the lady from the branch is Caroline. The ladies were very rude and were eating while I waited outside while knocking before 12. I have never been treated like this in my life and the lack service that I received from those ladies was **********. Something needs to be done regarding them and closing the branch before the actual closing time. Your response and feedback regarding this issue will be highly appreciated. Regards Tshepo
