Close Down SA Post office

SA Post office is completely useless, 2 emails sent numerous times to both customer services and complaints and didn't even get a reply since last week, absolutely useless, South Africans don't need SA post office, they cannot even pay their rent because of *******ion and mismanagement, all the services they provide should be left to the private sector to handle, at least then we will have an actual service/s. My parcel arrived from Japan late January this year to the Monument Park branch in Pretoria, this branch has closed down, SA Post office cannot even reply to my queries as to how must i go about getting my property from SA Post office. Why do we need this nonsense, close down SA Post office and let the private sector render the services SA Post office is supposed to but doesn't.
