Clients funds missing at the post bank

My father Andile Toyo had an account at post office with the balance of +/- R9000 and his daily withdrawal limit is R1000, Jan 2023 he went to with draw in Keiskamahoek and was told that his balance is R170 when he wanted to know how is that possible he insulted by the consultant telling him that he cant chew his money and come back to ask for it... 31/01/23 he went to Bhisho assisted by Mr Ntakana who said the funds were withdrawn in Joburg 1st it was R5000 and later R4000 we asked how is that possible cz the daily limit is R1000 he said the robers are very clever he does not know how they managed to get the funds. I just called Mr Ntakana in Bhisho now he says no feedback has been provided to him by the ***** department since January 2023 i then asked him for a reference showing that he did escalate the matter he said there is no reference and he refused to give us the statement showing these transactions Mr Ntakana refused and he said doesn't know if the money will be refunded.... Pls assist us
