Clear laziness when asked for assistance

I emailed customer services on the 24th of March on the whereabouts of my packages. This is the response:

''Good day M Louw
Thank you for contacting the South African Post Office.

RC***HK has no records on it yet.
RP***SG has no record on it yet as well

Warm regards,

Customer Services''

I'm sorry but OBVIOUSLY I can see that myself when going to the tracking site!! Are you people kidding me? When I reach out to you for information I expect to get better feedback than something I can already find out myself! I want to know when my packages might be attended to! I just feel like you don't care! Stop giving me stupid responses like these!

I keep getting ''there are delays, we are sorry.'' That doesn't cut it anymore! We all know the crisis at JIMC, don't tell me there is no crisis, I know a crisis when I see one. Stop apologizing and actually DO SOMETHING about it! Are you telling me that you can't find packages in customs? Is there no system to categorize according to destinations? So what you are actually proving is that packages are just piled up with no hope of tracking them down. You just get to them by pure chance??

Over a month now with no progress.

Hello marna89,

Thank you for your comment.

We are unable to pick records with the tracking numbers provided and kindly be advised that our consultants can only be able to confirm receipt of your packages once they are scanned onto our system and have been allocated a local reference number . Currently both items are not yet available on our mail stream and we are unable to verify their location.

Regards,
Customer Service
