It is now over a year the post office hasn't fixed our wall but the vehicle that crashed the wall was repaired. <br> I have been calling and leaving messages however you never respond or reply back.<br> <br> No one has shown interest, remorse and assistance towards us with regards to the claim. I keep on making follow ups.<br> This is really frustrating and painful that the post office did a damage and are not willing to fix the problem. I have emailed all the required documentation several times to Billy Ridgard<br> <br> What is happening, why is this claim taking this long?
