How long does it take for one to receive the parcel from SA post office? My parcel (CI***NL) has since been dispatched and was received at Tshwane hub on the 14 June. When I called them on the 17th of June they told me it was sent back to Johannesburg hub instead of Garankuwa post office where I was supposed to collect it from, I was later told that they had to send all the percel's received on the 14th of June for whichever reason that was never disclosed to me. All the other percel's where received at the joburg hub on the 20th June except mine. I have been communicating with Joyce from tshwane hub *** and referred me to Martha from Johannesburg post office *** I also spoke to Sweetness and Thandi from Johannesburg post office and I'm told every day that they will trace it till today 26th August they lack the common decency of communicating with me to tell me what is the hold up and how is it that out of every package in that van only mine got lost?
