CHRYSTAL PARK POST OFFICE-Employee Nelson and Lebo

Such poor service, they don’t want to work because it’s December. I was there for 2 hrs in a queue carrying an 8 month old baby only to be told their network is slow I must come back tomorrow. So I asked them how come they managed to help 3 people who were infront of me but can’t help me and they told me about this network while helping the 3. They chased everyone away hiding behind “Network issues”. Guy by the name of Nelson who wears glasses is the one and his colleagues didn’t even intervene and assist me. Many people were turned away and not even told to wait. I’m very disappointed and I will take it up with their offices also. I called ***, ***, *** all the numbers aren’t being answered. This has to stop and I won’t rest until they start working and stop being lazy
