Child birthday present stuck at Witpos

I am awaiting a delivery of a birthday present for my 5 year old. The parcel (PE***ZA) has been stuck at Witpos for nearly 3 weeks, since the 19th June 2015. This is really disappointing service from what was once a reputable organisation. This certainly has affected my belief in their ability to deliver parcels safely and on time for any future deliveries<br> <br> Try to explain this delay to my 5 year old, who was bubbling with excitement about this present but now faces the disappointment that the parcel may never arrive.
