Chatsworth post office poor service

Chatsworth post office is under staffed, every time I go to the post office, I am waiting more the 10 minutes to get seen to because there is only one teller working, HOWEVER, this post office receives boxes and boxes of items which are shipped from various countries, each time I go to the post office , boxes are laying open and no one is seeing to them, no one is making an effort to empty out the boxes and send smses and write out those receipts they generally write out, and and get it delivered to the person who has ordered things from over seas, post office sits with our stuff for such a long time, I suppose to receive an order 3 months ago, however only received sit today.....

This post office needs to employ more staff so that the boxes they have laying there with other peoples stuff are sent out immediately.

I had one lady tell me "there are to many things coming from overseas we can't open every box"!!! BUT oh yes you can because it's your job to do so......

The service at Chatsworth post office unit 5 is very poor.
