Cellphone got ****** while package was in transit with SA Postal Service

A friend sent me a package from the U.S. a Cellphone amongst other item was in the package. The package was opened and the Cellphone is missing, the just left the Cellphone case and charges but took the Cellphone. What a disappointment S.A had become! Post office your service is one of the worst in S.A. not to mention you don't have any surveillance on your property to keep an eye out for such ********ity!
