Cash withdrawal

Called the bank at 09:16 today spoke to the lady by the name of Elenor to make an appointment to withdraw money,we agreed that the money will be ready by 15:00,when I got there I was told that they don't have money since they paid out about R50 000 to the guys who made an appointment before me.i couldn't understand since the other cashier in the same bank told me that she just deposited money in their safe since she was not told to keep money.i then asked her to give what ever money she has and she told us to come back after 17:00 to see how much they've raised.i then went back after 17:00 and she was no where to be found apparently she knocked off at 17:00 and the lady that was there told me that she didn't leave any message and also told me that she deposited money into their because she was not told to keep money for me.wht kind of service is this.im so disappointed and frustrated since I couldn't meet my deadline to pay my suppliers.how can I get help?pls assist
