Careless at Post office

I posted my parcel at Post office Berea Center Glenwood Durban, on the 8th of Aug till today the parcel didn't get through where suppose to be, I've been doing up and down going there but i'm not getting straight answer they telling me its still in the Hub. i lost hope if i will get it back or not.
