Car licence disk online

I used the online service for car license disk renewal. It was a smooth and easy process to register and pay. It's now been 10 days and i still have not received any information on my car licence disk. You can't get hold of them with a telephone number to call, just msg that say they have received your request. How long does it take to print one page. What does SAPO think is a good turnaround time. Very quick to take your cash. I would rather have stood in the queue for 30 minutes at least I know I would have the **** by now. Still no response.
