Cape Mail is utterly unreachable
Cape Mail is utterly unreachable, have spent hours phoning 4 different number for days and no-one picks up!<br> <br> My parcel, sent via EMS from Taiwan, has been held there for 12 days.<br> <br> I have a tracking number and demand that my parcel be released!<br> My mom paid an express fee in Taiwan to enable speedy delivery, but it seems that the Post Office in South Africa has finally ended all services and heading for collapse.
