Cant finf a wose word for deplorable useless and pathetic!!!!!!!

<p>I send parcels to a friend in South Africa and it takes a minimum of a month and a maximum of 4 months just for a small package to arrive from joburg to durban!! That donkey they using must have a faulty hoof!! Disgusting!!! Surprised sapo is still running and when ive tried to complain to them they never reply or they block me o.
