CANNOT TRACK PARCELS WITH ARRIVAL DATE MARCH 2018! NO FEEDBACK

i am having the utmost trouble trying to locate my international parcels. i signed up to receive SMS notificationions for parcel tracking and not a single sms was sent to me! the arrival dates for all my orders were between March and todays date. when i sms my tracking numbers it says not yet captured on the system and when i call the number listed on the sms. They just keep me waiting on the line and there after the call drops. this is ridiculous for people waiting for important stuff that has already been paid for.
