Cannot get my parcel out of SAPO

I've been struggling for days to get a hold of the JIMC - according to my tracking details the parcel was send out for delivery but I never received it, and now reflects that it is at the hub. I have tried every contact number I could find as well as every email address and cannot get a hold of them to get my parcel. Tracking LB***SG - please help!!!! I cannot just pay for something and never receive it!!!
