Cannot get hold of my package

Ive been trying to get hold of the customs department for a week now. All numbers +***6/7/8/9/10 or +***0 get absolutely nothing. All i get is cut off. How can this be considered a service? I am desperate to get it but no one calls, i cant call them, so my parcel just sits there, waiting to grow legs and 'disappear'.
