Cannot access my post box. Post Office completely uncontactable.

My mail box is locked at Sandton despite me renewing my contract at Benmore. The office is permanently closed. None of the 5 telephone numbers is answered. The website is down. Benmore also does not answer their phone. What does one do?? Yet another state-run organization gone to pot!
