Can this still be called a Post Office???

Knysna Post Office has been without stamps for over a month. The credit card machines work sporadically and then not at all - like today, cash only.<br> I was overcharged for an EMS parcel in July 2014, after lodging a refund and numerous attempts by the manager to get a refund of R200, this has yet to happen.<br> Is this a Post Office??? It is a huge disappointment. <br> Yet, the people who work there are lovely and have been there for years. Trying their best in really shocking working conditions.
