Can't Rely on SA Postal Service

Hello Peter<br> <br> I ordered a parcel from China on the 29th of Jan 2015, the package was paid on the 29th of Jan 2015 and I Received my confirmation on the 29th of Jan 2015<br> <br> After a week of waiting for tracking info to reflect I found the following info on the tracking system<br> 1/27/2009 4:00 AM Held by customs JIMC C <br> <br> This is awesome my package arrived 4 Years ago, it being the SA Postal Service its a normal mistake<br> <br> Waiting another 2.5 weeks and checking the tracking Information weekly I finally saw an update, the tracking info now reads<br> 1/27/2009 4:00 AM Held by customs JIMC C <br> 2/20/2015 1:24 PM Arrival at inward office of exchange JIMC A <br> <br> Yippee I should get notice any day now, but had to wait another 2.5 weeks before seeing the following on the Track and Trace Website<br> 1/27/2009 4:00 AM Held by customs JIMC C <br> 2/20/2015 1:24 PM Arrival at inward office of exchange JIMC A <br> 3/5/2015 3:29 PM Held by customs JIMC A <br> <br> From reading Hellopeter I found that it would be better to send a Mail to [Email Removed] because they prefer mails, Well 6 Days Later what a surprise no one has even tried contacting me<br> <br> PS: I did try to phone<br> <br> Please Help
