Can't get hold of my parcels

Good day, I have been tracking two parcels and both got stuck at Witpos (hub), one on 3 July and the other 7 July. I'm usually very happy with the time it takes to have parcels delivered through SAPO and therefore I use the service frequently, but I am also use to parcels not staying more than 2 days at a hub before going in transit again. I gave it a few days for incase but still no movement. I've been trying to contact the branch for more than a week with nobody answering. I am starting to get worried and frustrated that my parcels aren't with me yet. Can somebody please give me feedback on the status of these packages and why they are stuck for so long? My tracking numbers are PE***ZA and PE***ZA.<br> Thank you
