Can't get an answer from anyone.

My parcel tracking number is II***ZA. I have been waiting for this parcel since the 13 December. I can't get hold of anyone at the SAPO hub office to query when the parcel will arrive. It is very frustrating. I have never had such a delay from any other courier. What is the problem.
