CAN I GET MY PARCEL PLEASE

My Brother Lize Boltina sent my boots on the 7th of April. He misplaced the receipt with the tracking number. I contacted Stellenbosch Post Office to track my parcel...they told me to contact Rossetenville Post Office who should have the tracking number on their system.<br> <br> I called Rossetenville Post Office and spoke to Margaret Gerber the branch Manger who told me that there is no way they can assist me. The Parcel will be returned to Rossetenville.<br> <br> I need the boots urgently. I have been waiting on the slip from the stellenbosch post officebut havent received it. That's why i am trying to track the parcel down at least.<br> <br> PLEASE ASSIST!!<br> <br> My question:<br> <br> Is there no way the post office has the records? Can they not check on their system a parcel that was sent using my address??<br> <br> It is winter now and Cape Town is really cold. I need thse boots.<br> <br> Please please assist<br> <br> <br> My brother went to the Rossetenville branch to get assistance but the staff was rude to him so that's why i called the branch.<br> <br> thanks
