CALL ON THE SA POST OFFICE TO IMPROVE THEY SERVICE

Hi<br> <br> Am a very frustrated customer on the poor lack of service I have received from SA POST OFFICE on an international delivery I have been waiting for 3 Months, It seems like the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB), WITSPOS, company is not diligent on the customer care, items being at one place for a long time no one responsible to answer to customer and explain, they customer care is completely useless, longest I have waited on the line to speak to agent was 45 minute and still my call was not attended. So I call on you to make improvements on how you offer services to your customer<br>
